Our natural energy is built molecule by molecule beginning with our conception, using the energy we inherit from our parents. Energy contained in the body provides conflict especially as our social development draws out our personality and ego structures. So throughout life it is natural that we reject parts of ourselves. Over time our energy field decreases in the parts of ourselves we have rejected. Symptoms, diseases, mood changes develop in reaction.

The Energy Balancing workshops give basic instruction for opening to energy, already flowing, so it is easy and safe for anyone to try, with no prerequisites needed. The result is a natural, deeply healing effect as energy revitalizes neglected with return of flow. This restorative shift adds momentum to make changes and at the same time can balance any symptom or disease. It is not necessarily curative, but healing. So pain may be diminished for instance, even though the involved organ is still sick.

Because this is a self-healing program, no practitioner is required. Students learn how to direct their awareness and are given very specific lessons to practice at home. The program includes meditation instruction, guided visualization, and energy balancing techniques and is taught by oral tradition.

Energy Healing in the world

This program is practical in our daily lives. Many people have grown gradually accustomed to rejecting huge parts of themselves creating holes in their whole level of being in the world. Over time, they find themselves waiting…for something from outside themselves to occur that will bring them happiness or fulfillment (the right job, the right spouse, the right situation for their children, the ability to retire from the job…it goes on and on to death). Anguish from waiting becomes unbearable suffering. Most people by their fifties have experienced anxiety and depression that eats away at the corners of their lives, and major organ dis-eases like diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, asthma and cancers appear with increasing prevalence in our nation. Currently, these symptoms and conditions are so widespread that we even see our teenagers and smaller children suffering. In the waiting people become lost, and unable to find their own center, momentum and vitality for healing.

This energy self healing program is multidimensional, providing healing in all aspects of mind, body and spirit, and thus provides change and movement to a fuller living of life and deep joy. The effects are both immediate and gradual, and build to a unity of mind body and spirit that link us with the universe greater than ourselves where healing expands beyond the physical.
